Doug Regen

Born and raised in Nashville, Doug Regen’s passion for design led him to a successful career in advertising and marketing, spending some 25+ years working in the South with the exception of a short detour to NYC. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, he left the advertising world behind to explore his ideas on functional environmental design and began to create and produce site-specific furniture out of recyclable materials.
His work resides in homes and businesses throughout the south, including some notable entertainers and even a former vice-president. His work has been featured in Nashville Arts, Nfocus and an episode of Tennessee Crossroads. Regen has studios in Tennessee and Kentucky and is a professor of practice at O’More College of Design.
