Garmon Made is a functional art brand, specializing in metalwork, created by Nick Garmon. A native of Nashville and now living on a small farm Santa Fe, TN, Nick has been crafting art for most of his life. He pursued art at The University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and at the Appalachian Center for Craft in Smithville, TN. There he learned skills such as silversmithing, blacksmithing and woodworking. His passion for creating functional art led him to start his own business where he focuses on crafting handmade custom fire pits and knives. Quality is important to Nick and every item he crafts is built to last and intended be handed down to future generations. Nick’s fire pits are made from reclaimed materials, in a variety of diameters and bases, and are vented for proper air flow. He sources top of the line metals and handle materials for his knives and each sheath is custom fit, hand-tooled and hand-stitched. Each of his pieces is one-of-a-kind and crafted with the utmost attention to detail. Nick will also collaborate with a buyer to make a custom piece tailor-made for that person. He also offers local welding services.
